Every Ion Detox Foot Spa we ship is BRAND NEW and comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s
warranty. The warranty covers any defects in the products. The warranty does not
cover damage that might come from the unit having come in contact with water or other
liquids spilled on it, or if the unit was dropped and thus damaged. The Buyer is
responsible for shipping any product back to us.
The parasite zapper we ship is brand new and our warranty for this product is one year.

After 30 days, Returns are only accepted for defective units. We will ship out a
replacement, or repair your unit, and send it back to you. The Buyer is responsible
